Our ‘exclusive’ Party Venue Hire includes:
- Exclusive use of our fantastic Play room for up to 25 Children, full use of our Bouncy Castle, Soft Play, Ball Pond, Soft Play Climbing Frame, Gruffalo Sensory Equipment, Interactive Play system, X Box, Disco Lights and Music with a member of our team to help ensure your party goes smoothly!
- During the summer months you are welcome to use our Outdoor Astro turf Garden Area.
- We provide Tables and Chairs for up to 25 Children, Unlimited Squash, Cake Stand, Plastic Cups, Plastic Plates and Tablecloths for your Food and Cake Table.
- If you would like to have a theme to your party and add alternative tableware or decorations, we can help organise this for you, just let us know the details and we can provide a cost to you.
- £220.00 for a two hour Weekend party with 30 minutes additional time for setting up at the start of your party, which a member of staff will assist you with.
- We will take care of the Cleaning up after your Party has finished.
- Our Parties are structured as the first Hour and Half in the Play area, followed by the last 30 minutes in our Food area. Children and Adults are not permitted back into the Play area once they have eaten, this area is closed off once the children go through to eat.
- Weekend Party Times available 10.30am – 12.30pm and 2.00pm – 4.00pm.
- We are also able to offer Weekday Parties after 3.00pm, the cost of these are £150.00 for two hours with the same set up as above.
- Based on the Child/Adult ratio, we do request a minimum of one adult is on site during the party to every three children. Socks are mandatory in our Play Room for all Children and Adults. If you require a different or longer time for your party please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- Food isn’t included in the above price however we are able to provide food boxes for your party. You are able to download a copy of our Lunch Box price list in our Pricing section. Alternatively you are welcome to bring your own food, however there is a strictly ‘no nuts’ Policy throughout our building.
- We are unable to provide the Birthday Cake, Sweet Cones, Party Bags or Balloons however we can highly recommend a few local suppliers to you or we take care of this for you. If you also require your party to have a theme please call us on 01628 410736 to discuss and we can assist you.
- We are able to supply Tea, Coffee, Light snacks throughout the party for the Adults at an additional cost. Unfortunately no alcohol is permitted on the premises. There is also a no smoking policy throughout our Building, Garden and at Ladds Garden Village.
- Cancellation policy – All parties are non-refundable and are unable to be transferred to a Booking of our equipment from our Inflatable section.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT.
